  untuk melapisi. Tutup dan dinginkan tidak kurang dari 1 jam dan hingga 1 hari.
  Membuat tzatziki: Dalam mangkuk sedang, campur mentimun, yogurt, bawang putih, jus lemon, dill, peterseli, garam, dan lada hitam.
  Tutup dan dinginkan setidaknya setengah jam. Di atas loyang atau wajan besi besar, gunakan setengah
  bagian bawang sebagai alas dan posisikan tusuk sate secara
